Patient Portal
Once you have have been accepted as a patient, you can then register a patient portal account by accepting the invitation email sent by Hernando Psychiatry.
Please complete the tasks under the Profile and Forms tabs.
Your portal must be complete before we schedule an appointment.
If you have not received the invitation email:
Check your SPAM folder.
Contact Hernando Psychiatry to see if a patient portal account has been enabled for you or to have the email resent.
